Bart Bretsch brings 30 years of RBOC, ILEC, and CLEC management and engineering experience to your projects. Bart has been leading the build out of fiber Networks first as an Outside Plant Engineer for Indiana Bell in the Carmel, IN exchange, and continuing through his employment as Chief Operating Officer for Smithville Communications, Indiana’s largest Independent Broadband and Telephone Company. Bart sees projects from the Clients perspective, understanding the impact and challenges of designing, constructing, maintaining, and growing fiber deployments. Whether Fiber Projects are large or small, they each require unique specifications and attention to detail to successfully deliver great service to your end customers. Bart has an Electrical Engineering Degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Management from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Bart is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Florida.
Ed Burbank
Contract Administration Manager
Ed is a career telephony professional with more than 47 years of telephone company engineering and construction experience, including over 28 years in supervisory and managerial positions. Ed is a Contract Administration Specialist for YES with RUS expertise. Mr. Burbank has a strong technical background in outside plant design and extensive experience managing capital and expense budgets.
Jim Belaschky
Engineering Manager North
Jim is a career telephony professional with 44 years of telecommunications engineering and construction management experience. Jim Belaschky applies his engineering oversight and management experience across all YES projects. Mr. Belaschky is also an easement, ROW, and permitting specialist, managing the engineering process from project inception through construction completion.
Mark Gibson, P.E.
Engineering Manager East
Mark joins the Yates Engineering Team in 2019 after completing a career at Frontier Communications. Mark is an expert Outside Plant Engineering Manager and is a Professional Engineer. His 44 Years of Experience will translate into many successful client projects!
Beth Russo
Engineering Manager South
Beth is a career telephony professional with more than 41 years of telephone company mapping, engineering, and construction experience. Ms. Russo manages all CAD, GIS and mapping teams for all projects. Beth is an experienced OSP engineer and an excellent Resident Engineer. AutoCAD, CADTEL, ESRI and Broadband Express seats are programs often utilized on projects by the YES mapping teams.
Joe Wilson
COE Manager
Joe is a career telephony professional with more than 38 years of COE engineering, installation, and testing experience. Mr. Wilson is also an experienced OSP engineer with expertise in RUS project management, carrier systems, special circuits, and span troubleshooting. Joe’s assistance is instrumental to successful cut-overs.
Jon Russo
Testing, Compliance and Q&A Manager
Jon is a career telephony professional with 43 years of OSP aerial, buried, and underground construction experience, office conversions, and system testing and compliance. Mr. Russo manages testing, compliance, and Q&A activities on all YES projects. Jon’s inspection and analysis of all test results insures all contractual specifications have been met or exceeded for our customers.
Chris Lindsey
GIS Manager
Chris creates and publishes web maps and services using Arcmap online portal for Yates. He also creates data collection and GIS to CAD workflows. In addition, Chris learns, implements and trains co-workers in new client software. Chris is also responsible for building deliverable GIS models of fiber optic, and leads a number of our employees and client teams as project manager. Chris joined the YES team in 2010.
Shaun Sullivan
Resident Engineer
Shaun joins our Leadership Team as a field Resident Engineer who is also responsible for Business Development. He has been a Yates Employee since the start of the company in 2010. He bring expertise in field fiber testing and equipment as well as end to end execution of client projects.
Kyle Arnold
Manager - Utility Structure Analysis
Kyle is in charge of our Utility Structure team, as well as overseeing our AT&T workload. Kyle and his team have collected and analyzed over 80,000 poles in the last 4 years for a large variety of clients.
Caitlin Keusch
Operations Manager
Caitlin is another new member of the Leadership team, and coordinates work between departments, and helps all of our project managers track client projects and due dates, as well as petition for company resources and ensure that all client work is completed on time and under budget!
Aaron Fouch
Software Engineer
Aaron leverages GIS technology to develop automation in our engineering and CAD mapping processes. This research and development keeps our quality at an error-free level and drives costs down to keep Yates Engineering providing service at below-market rates.
Jenny Love
Office Manager
Jenny has been with Yates Engineering Services since its inception in 2010 and manages accounting, payroll, and human resources for the company. Jenny also ensures that Yates’ professional certifications and certificates of insurance are up to date and manages the company’s equipment inventory. Jenny is integral in ensuring that Yates’ office administration runs smoothly so that our employees can execute client projects flawlessly.
